This phenomena happened on top of our office during mid day.  Rainbow surround the sun and make it like a saint.  A lots road passer by stop their cars and snap shoot on this strange phenomena.  My friend said the sun is putting up umbrella.  From the photo itself, it looks like render effect from photoshop hahahaha~
